The tea
is most effective and tastiest with milk. Mix half
milk with half water. Add ¼ level teaspoon
of HERBAL TEA (about 1 g.) or as recommended.
Put all ingredients in a Tea Pot and bring to a boil.
Add sugar or honey according to taste. Stir and Serve.
Mix about 1 g. of HERBAL TEA or as recommended, with water and bring
it to a boil. Add sugar or honey and lemon according
to taste.
It is also possible to
pour boiling water over HERBAL TEA and Let it
brew for at least 4-5 minutes for best result.
Ice Tea:
Prepare hot tea at double
the strength and pour into ice filled glass. (Melting
ice will dilute to serving strength) Can be taken
straight or with milk / lemon. Add sugar or honey
to taste.

Take fresh and tasty
water. Good water means good tea.

If your tap water is poor, use Distilled/Mineral
water for your tea.

Boil the water only in glass pot or
tea Kettle. Do not use aluminum Pots.
4.
First warm the teapot with some hot
water, swirl gently and throw the water out, before
putting HERBAL TEA in Tea Pot.
5.
Brew the Herbal Tea for at least 5
minutes to get the required strength and Best Result.
6.
Honey is good replacement of sugar.
