It is a new type of upgraded slip agent, which is made of ultra-high molecular weight raw material resin by twin-screw high temperature shearing and then granulated. Compared with common slip agent, it is easy to disperse, there is no white spot, no plasticization, and the product has better quality, it can make the material have better fluidity and good dispersion, and at the same time, it has less influence on the mechanical properties of the material.

 

Product features

1. will not migrate, more stable than traditional processing aids and lubricants, and can improve the scratch resistance and surface finish of products.

2. has excellent thermal stability, rubber and plastic products still have good scratch resistance after aging.

3. It can reduce the friction coefficient of the product surface and improve the smooth performance of the product surface.

4. has good internal and external lubricity, can effectively reduce the extruded products die mouth accumulation of material.

5. It helps to disperse inorganic and organic fillers, thus improving the oxygen index of flame retardant products, and can reduce screw torque, improve fluidity and facilitate processing.

 

Use method

1. Add to single-screw injection molding machine/extruder after mixing with plastic particles in the production process, melt and mix in it, then injection/extrusion molding.

 

Applicable system

(1) Engineering plastics, wires and cables, thermoplastic elastomers, automotive interior parts, electrical housings, etc.

(2) Suitable for systems compatible with PA, PC, PE, TPE, TPR, TPU, etc.
